The Center for Life Choices is a non-profit 501(c)(3) recognized for its quality of care by providing options consultation, professional medical services and material support to women and families facing pregnancy decisions. The Center for Life Choices is a medical clinic licensed by the State of California devoted to caring for patients physically, emotionally and spiritually. The Center strives to be the first place women go to learn all of their options. Our services positively impact hundreds of women and families each year. All of our services are free and confidential.
